Refund & Return Policy – AmandaNateDIY LLC

At AmandaNateDIY LLC, all products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are processed quickly:

  • Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase

  • After production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.

Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Items may be shipped separately if fulfilled from different locations. This is normal and not grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Repeated refund requests

  • Abuse of our policies
